{Stormblood} Ala Mhigan Gear Melding Strategy

As per every patch, I've tried to figure out a melding strategy that will fit the following criteria:

1. No Materia 6 Overmelds


2. Capping Perception, then Gathering, then GP last (600GP still seems to be sufficient for most high end activities)
